- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 Lime freshly squeezed
In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, diced red onion, jalapeno and red bell pepper. Add in chopped parsley, minced garlic, All purpose and Taco seasonings. Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
Stack the burrito tortillas and cut off round sides shaping it into a square.
Add a handful of the beef mixture onto the first tortilla and spread it thinly across the entire surface. Top if with a new tortilla and repeat the process until you run out of tortilla's or meat.
Slice the stacked tortillas down the middle and then each half down the middle again that results in 4 evenly shaped chunks.
