The 2023 NFL season may officially be over for superstar quarterback Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals due to a season-ending wrist injury, but that hasn’t stopped him from contributing to his team and helping his teammates in a different way.

Jake Browning has taken over under center with Burrow on the mend, and he’s done a better job than expected, leading the Bengals to two straight wins and keeping the team’s hopes of being playoff-bound alive.

Along with playing some good football on the field for Cincinnati, Browning got a pleasant surprise from Burrow on Sunday, with the superstar quarterback donating a suite to him for friends and family to use on Sunday when they took on the Indianapolis Colts, according to Mike Petraglia of the Jungle Roar Podcast.

Burrow’s kind gesture couldn’t have come at a better time for Browning, as he played one of the best games of his career thus far on Sunday, even though he dealt with cramps and threw one interception.

Browning was able to lead the Bengals to an impressive win over the Indianapolis Colts, who were one of the hottest teams in the league before Sunday’s loss in Cincinnati at Paycor Stadium.

During the 20-point blowout against the Colts, Browning threw for 275 yards and two touchdowns while also rushing for one touchdown to help his team come out on top against Indianapolis, 34-14.

If Browning can continue playing at this level in the final stretch of the regular season, the Bengals may still have a chance to make it to the NFL playoffs.
