The 2024 NFL Draft will take place later this week and all eyes will be on the offensive talent in this year’s class.

The quarterback and offensive tackle depth is the best it’s been in years, while the wide receiver group might be the best in arguably decades.

There are numerous receivers available in this year’s draft that can come in and start on Day 1 for an NFL team.

Marvin Harrison Jr., Malik Nabers, and Rome Odunze are the cream of the crop, while players like Brian Thomas Jr., Adonai Mitchell, and Xavier Legette will also be first-round considerations.

Days 2 and 3 should also feature several quality options, with a few of them likely to surprise evaluators and draft analysts.

One name that seems to be rising up boards is UNC’s Devontez Walker, who reportedly visited with the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders, via Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2.

North Carolina @UNCFootball wide receiver Devontez Walker (6-1 1/2, 193, 4.36 speed, 40 1/2 vertical, 11-2 broad, caught 41 passes, 699 yards, seven touchdowns after eligibility approved for @KentState transfer), visited #Chiefs #Raiders per league source, strong Day 2 grades,” Wilson tweeted.

The Chiefs make plenty of sense as a landing spot given their shallow wide receiver depth.

There’s also the uncertainty of Rashee Rice’s future after his involvement in a car crash that resulted in injuries.

For the Raiders, they could use some extra receiving talent next to Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers.

Walker would make a solid addition for just about every team because of his size, speed, and athleticism and it’ll be interesting to see where he ultimately ends up.
