On Sunday, arguably the most anticipated game of the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs is the Buffalo Bills playing host to the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs at Highmark Stadium.
Over the last few years, the Bills and Chiefs going head-to-head in the postseason have become quite a rivalry, even though the Chiefs have had the bulk of the success and two Super Bowl titles to their credit.
With this playoff matchup becoming a rivalry over the last few years, there’s no love lost between these teams and their fanbases, and that was never more clear than when star defensive tackle Chris Jones went at Bills fans before this game on Sunday via James Palmer of NFL Network and Dov Kleiman.
“Y’All Suck,” Jones said to fans.
While Jones was trying to pump himself and his Chiefs teammates up by giving Bills fans an earful before Sunday’s game in Buffalo, Travis Kelce’s brother Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles was seen partying with fans during a tailgating session, which is pretty on brand for the veteran center.
The winner of this playoff showdown in Buffalo will go on the road to take on the top-seeded Baltimore Ravens and NFL MVP favorite Lamar Jackson at M&T Bank Stadium next weekend, which will also be a must-see game for football fans.
In the meantime, the Bills will try to finally get by the Chiefs in the postseason in order to advance to the AFC Championship Game and take another step closer to winning that elusive Super Bowl title.
