The Tennessee Titans are moving into a new era as the team parted ways with head coach Mike Vrabel following a disappointing 2023 NFL season.

The Titans have generally been a competitive AFC team, but now must tweak the roster ahead of the 2024 NFL season.

Tennessee hired former Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan to be their new head coach, signaling a shift in offensive philosophy.

Callahan will likely try to implement some of the schemes he ran with the pass-heavy Bengals, which could mean the team is moving on from running back Derrick Henry.

Henry seemed to realize his time with the franchise was over after he waved to the crowd in the team’s final home game, and talks have already started about his next home.

The star running back is at the 2024 Pro Bowl Games and admitted that he’s been recruited by other players, via Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network.

“There’s been a lot of conversations,” Henry said. “Just having a good time with the guys, there’s been a lot of chatter but it’s been a lot of fun. I’m just enjoying the whole weekend.”

At 30 years old, Henry is definitely on the older side for a running back but his physical style of play would still be a welcomed addition for most teams.

An unrestricted free agent, Henry will be able to choose his next team and there should be several suitors.

He might not be able to handle a full workload anymore, but Henry could provide a massive boost for most backfields.
