With just two weeks left in the regular season, the top Super Bowl contenders are starting to reveal themselves very clearly.

Two AFC teams and four NFC teams have already clinched playoff spots, meaning there are still eight openings left in the 14-team field.

But not all teams are created equal in the eyes of statistical probability.

Pro Football Focus revealed its top-eight teams to win the Super Bowl this season, led by the 12-3 Baltimore Ravens who have a 27-percent chance to take home the Lombardi Trophy.

The Ravens proved this past week they’re a notch ahead of the rest of the league after Baltimore beat the San Francisco 49ers, 33-19, in a Christmas night battle between the top-two teams in the NFL.

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson leapfrogged 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy for the MVP favorite in the process, and Baltimore’s defense shut down the high-flying San Francisco offensive attack by forcing five interceptions.

If the Ravens beat the Miami Dolphins this week, they’ll clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC, which gives them a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the postseason.

That in and of itself is huge for their Super Bowl aspirations, as the top seeds in both conferences advanced to the Super Bowl this past season.

The Ravens have actually won more games on the road than at home this season: 7-1 away vs. 5-2 at home.

Anything can happen in the final two weeks, though, especially with matchups against the 11-4 Dolphins and AFC North rival Pittsburgh Steelers left on the Ravens’ regular-season schedule.
