  • 4 Ribeye steaks (300g each)  
  • 200g of blue cheese  
  • 100g of butter  
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil   
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)  
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary (chopped)  
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme (chopped)  
  • 500g of baby potatoes  
  • 200g of green beans  
  • Salt and pepper to taste  
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze for drizzling  

Kitchen Tools Needed:   

  • Grill  
  • Oven

  • Mixing Bowl

Instructions: 

  • Fire up the grill to high heat, and then set the oven to 200°C (392°F).  
  • Toss olive oil, garlic, herbs, and seasonings in a bowl.  
  • Lightly rub the ribeye steaks on both sides with the combination. Marinate for 20+ minutes.  
  • In the meantime, wash the baby potatoes and place them in a pot of salted water. Boil until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.  
  • Sprinkle the green beans with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then set them up on a baking sheet and set apart. 
  • Grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until medium-rare; check for doneness. Place a slice of blue cheese on each steak during the last minute of grilling to melt.  
  • While the steaks are grilled, transfer the boiled potatoes to the oven, along with the green beans. Bake 15 mins, or till golden brown and crisp. 
  • Plate the steaks on a serving platter, garnish with melted blue cheese, and surround them with the roasted potatoes and green beans.  
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the veggies and serve immediately.
