  • 1 onion chopped 
  • 6 cups beef broth 
  • ½ cup red wine optional 
  • 1-pound potatoes peeled and cubed 
  • 4 carrots cut into 1-inch pieces 
  • 4 stalks celery cut into 1-inch pieces 
  • 3 scoops tomato paste 
  • 1 scoop dried rosemary or 1 sprig fresh 
  • 2 scoops cornstarch or as needed 
  • 2 scoops water or as needed 
  • ¾ cup peas 

Instructions: 

  • Stir the powder, fleck, garlic powder, and salt into a plate. Mix the flour mixture with the beef stew meat and toss to coat.  
  • Over medium-high heat, stir the olive oil in a sizable pot or Dutch oven. When the steak is added, grill it until it is evenly browned. Remove the beef and set aside. 
  • In the same pot, add chopped onions and cook until softened and translucent.
