- Fresh lime juice

Making a Tex-Mex BBQ Sauce
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced jalapenos and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until it becomes fragrant.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan.
- Simmer sauce over medium-low heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low as needed.
- Let the sauce cool for 10 minutes before using.
- Store leftover BBQ sauce in an airtight container or lidded jar for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
How to use it
